The session is a time for me to provide you with space and tools for a deep dive into your true desires, creating goals and removing blocks on the way of achieving them. The session lasts around 60 minutes and it is in a form of question-answer dialoge. I add meditations to almost every session based on what is beneficial for the client.

I have never meditated before I tried Kate's meditations. It was hard for me to get out of my head into my body. I used to not being able to explain what I feel in my own body. At first, I was skeptical. How could such a simple exercise, which essentially involved not doing anything, bring about any significant change? Yet, as I continued with the practice, I noticed a shift. I began to feel more present, more grounded. I love to explore more now. Keep them coming!
